This is NOT an insurance plan. The Assurance Care Card is a membership program, renewed annually, that lets you control and manage dental expenses.

Each plan includes specific services to keep your mouth healthy and bright, at savings of nearly 30 percent! In addition, membership entitles you to 15 percent off the cost of all other treatments and retail products.

Hi, I am Dr. Shawn Dornhecker, with Dr. Jesal Patel. We are excited to start seeing patients again.
We know this is a scary time, but we are here to make it a safe and comfortable experience for patients, staff, and ourselves.
I know that many of our patients might be anxious and hesitant to come in during this time. We can move your appointment until you are comfortable to come in.
But we have made some efforts to make it an even safer environment than it has ever been.
The moment our staff comes into the office, their temperature is taken to ensure we are all healthy to work on you.
Some of the additional steps we have taken are to make our patients wait in the car until its time for the appointment. We will ask you to give us a call at your arrival, and you will be asked a series of screening questions.
Following questions, one of our team members will take your temperature, bring you in to sanitize your hands, and sign some papers.
We will then bring you to the operatory and provide mouthwash to keep you healthy before any of the procedures. After we get started, we have this oral suction unit which sucks out all the aerosols that happen during the procedure.
We also have an air filtration unit that cleans the air around us. We have anti-microbial flooring. We have always had great filtration systems, flooring, sterilization, and the water extremely clean.
We are making sure that our personal protective equipment is to the highest standard. We have gotten masks, shields, goggles, and gowns to make all of us comfortable.
Please be aware that our office will be colder due to all the protective gear we are wearing, so feel free to bring a blanket to keep yourself warm. In 2018 you named us ‘The TOP Dentist. Now let us live above that title by taking the campaign against the COVID19.
