Drs. Jesal A Patel and Shawn A Dornhecker both attended Miami University in Oxford for their undergraduate studies in Microbiology. In 1994, both Drs. Patel and Dornhecker were fortunate enough to attend Ohio State's College of Dentistry. During that period they were engaged and eventually married in 1998 upon graduation. After graduation, they completed a one year residency in general dentistry at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. During that residency they had the opportunity to act as the hospital's ear, nose and throat resident for 6 weeks. Upon completion of the residency Drs. Patel and Dornhecker were voted Otolaryngology and Dental residents of the year by the hospital attending doctors. Drs Patel and Dornhecker reside in Mason with their 5yr old daughter Sia and 3yr old son Aron.

Both Drs. have kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that their patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. They are members of the American Dental Association, the Cincinnati Dental Society, and Keely Dental Society.
